How It Works

Here we'll give you a detailed walk-through of the entire website creation process so you'll know exactly what to expect.

1. Pick a Website Package

Check out our website packages, and pick one that's right for you. To choose a package, simply click the "Sign Up" button at the bottom of the package description.

2. Fill out our questionaire

Once you have chosen a packge, click the "Sign Up" button and you'll be taken to a form where we'll ask you some questions that will help us to understand your wants and needs.

3. We confirm your order

Once you have submitted our questionaire, we'll look over it and make sure we understand what you need and make sure you chose the package that will get you the most out of your money. We may send you an email or give you a call if we need clarification on something. Once we are satisfied that we can serve your needs properly (this usually takes less than one day) we'll send you an email and begin work on your designs.

4. Give us feedback on your designs

A few days after we begin work, we'll have a few designs for you to review. We'll send you one email per design, and you can just respond to that email and tell us what you think. Let us know what you like and/or dislike about each design. Once we receive your feedback, we'll either scrap the design because it isn't what you want, or we'll tweak the design based on your feedback so you'll like it that much more.

5. Choose a design or cancel your project

Exactly one week after we start working on your project, the "draft" stage is over and you'll need to pick a final design. After you pick a design, we'll be working solely on that design to make it exactly what you want. If for any reason you don't like any of the design options we've presented you, let us know and we'll drop the project and not charge you a single penny.

6. Seal the deal

To seal the deal, we ask you to pay 50% of the total cost upfront. We'll send you an invoice, and as soon as you've paid, we'll finalize your design and get to work on coding your website.

7. Give us content

Once you are 100% satisfied with your design, we'll take that design and turn it into a functioning website. Until now, your design has been filled with dummy text to give you an idea of how your actual text will look. Now is the time to turn that dummy text into the actual content of your site. You tell us what content you want where and we'll make it happen.

8. Approve your website

We'll upload your website to a temporary URL so you can look over it. If you see anything wrong with your site, let us know and we'll fix it right away.

9. Pick a Hosting & Support Package

Give us a call and we'll help you figure out which Hosting & Support Packags is right for you. You can also browse our support packages. If you don't already have a domain name, one is included with all support packages. Please note that choosing a hosting & support package is completely optional. You are free to host your website anywhere you want, but we can't guarantee you'll get the same level of service we provide at your other hosting company.

10. You website goes live

Once we have hosting straightened out, we'll put you site on the web on your domain name for everyone in the world to see. We'll leave it up for 7 days to make sure everything is running smoothly, then we'll send you your final invoice for the remaining 50%. After you receive your invoice, you'll have 30 days to report any bugs or typos on your site. After that 30 day period, any changes to your site will be subject to the support rates for your Hosting & Support Package.
